Steve was the tour guide, and was extremely friendly and outgoing. He was a good driver, which helps, and knew a lot about the city of Naples. He told a few historical fact, as well as some local anecdotes. Steve gave us just enough info to be informed, and not too much as to be boring. The best thing was you could tell how much he loved Naples, it’s history, and it’s people. He clearly enjoyed his job. Kudos to Steve- will be bac read less

He would ask if we wanted some quiet to just enjoy the scenery or should he continue with his narration. I’ve taken many trolley tours in various cities as it’s a great way to see all the important sites and then decide which to visit during the remainder of my stay. Never has a guide asked if we would like quiet !! And yet we chose for Steven to continue as he was not only interesting but spoke in an audible yet comfortable level. read less

Yesterday, I took the tour for probably the sixth or seventh time and it was no less enjoyable than the first time! The open-air trolley ride is so much fun. Long-haired folks might want to bring a scrunchie as it gets pretty windy. The drivers have all been great, but our driver yesterday – Steven – was one of the best! He is super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and about the history of Naples and Collier County. I can't wait to go back and ride the trolley again! read less

She was so informative of the history of the area as we drove around and the famous residents who live there! It was a very enjoyable ride on the Trolley. There are many stops where you can get off, shop, eat, walk aroud and then pick the Trolley back up to finish the tour and get you back to your destination. We stayed at the Naples Grande and the Trolley picked us up right at our hotel and dropped us off. Very well done! read less
