Q: Where does the Trolley Pick up?

A: you can board the Trolley at any of our stops.  See our map & schedule for exact locations and times.  The starting point of our tour is at our Experience Naples Location at 1010 6th Avenue South next to Tin city.  You can still enjoy the complete tour regardless of your starting location.

Q: How do I pay for my tickets?

A: You may purchase your tickets online here.  If you prefer to pay in person, our guides are able to accept cash, or you can use a debit/credit card upon arriving at our Experience Naples location.

Q: When does the Trolley start and what are the different times I can get on?

A: The first Trolley departs our Experience Naples location at 8:30am and each hour, on the half hour, until 3:30pm.

Q: Can I get on and off the trolley with our tickets?

A: Absolutely! Once you get off the trolley, the next trolley will be back around in approximately one hour.  Please refer to our schedule for exact times and remember that all time are approximate due to traffic.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: The price directly from our website is the lowest guaranteed advertised price!

Q: How long is the tour if I don't get off at any of the stops?

A: Approximately one hour and forty-five minutes.

Q: Are the Trolley's available for private rental?

A: They certainly are! Please contact our sales professionals at [email protected] or (239) 260-3272 to inquire.

Q: What's the latest time that I can board and still experience the full tour?

A: If you originate at our Experience Naples location, it is 3:30pm.  Please refer to your schedule if you are starting at any of the other locations.

Q: How long are my tickets valid for?

A: Tickets are valid for use up to 6 months from purchase.

Q: Is there multilingual narration available on the tour?

A: The tour narration is only offered in English.

Q: Do you allow pets on the trolley?

A: Only certified service animals are allowed.

Q: Are the trolleys wheelchair accessible?

A: Unfortunately, no.  Our trolleys are not wheelchair accessible, but we are able to accommodate guests that have a collapsible wheelchair.

Q: Does the tour operate rain or shine?

A: Yes! Our trolleys operate 7 days a week, rain or shine.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks on the trolley tour?

A: Yes! Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted on the tour.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Guests may cancel at any time by calling us at (239) 262-7300 or replying to your email confirmation.  Cancellations received within 24 hours of your scheduled tour departure time are non-refundable.

If you have purchased vouchers for this tour through a booking agency (Expedia, Groupon, etc.) you will need to contact them for their refund policy.
